How text messages are counted文字消息如何计费
Email, SMS and WhatsApp count one Agent-generated message successfully sent through your connected provider. H5 / Web chat counts one Agent message successfully delivered to the chat page. Proactive messages and replies use the same rate. Incoming customer text messages are not charged; a multi-turn conversation can contain several billable Agent messages.Email、SMS、WhatsApp 按经所接渠道成功发送的一条 Agent 消息计费；H5 / Web chat 按成功交付聊天页面的一条 Agent 消息计费。主动消息与回复同价。客户发来的文字消息不收费；一段多轮对话可能包含多条计费 Agent 消息。

How voice time is counted语音时长如何计费
Voice is $0.30 per minute of connected Agent call time, calculated by the second without rounding each call up to a full minute. A 3-minute call costs $0.90 in Agent fees. Calls that do not connect are not charged this usage fee.语音按 Agent 接通服务时长，以每分钟 $0.30 按秒折算，不将每通电话向上取整到整分钟。3 分钟电话的 Agent 费用为 $0.90。未接通电话不收取此项用量费。
AI reasoning, speech recognition and speech generation are included. Voice replies and audio segments do not incur an additional text-message fee. No. Your balance pays for YepOnIt Agent software usage, including the speech processing included in Voice. We do not provide email accounts, phone numbers, SMS bundles or WhatsApp resources. Is pricing per contact or per conversation?按联系人还是整段会话收费？
Neither. Email, SMS, WhatsApp and H5 / Web chat are billed per successful Agent message. Voice is billed by connected Agent call time at $0.30 per minute, calculated by the second, regardless of the number of replies.都不是。Email、SMS、WhatsApp、H5 / Web chat 按成功交付的 Agent 消息条数计费；Voice 按接通的 Agent 服务时长，以每分钟 $0.30 按秒折算，不按回复轮数计费。
What happens to unused money?没有用完的金额怎么办？
Purchased credits do not expire. You can request a refund of unused purchased balance at any time. Reserved Campaign amounts must first be reconciled so the unused portion can be determined.购买额度不会过期，可随时申请退还未使用的已购余额。活动中预留的预算需先核对结算，确定其中尚未消耗的部分。
Can I transfer or cash out credits?额度可以转让或提现吗？
Credits are only for YepOnIt software usage. They cannot be transferred, traded, or spent with other merchants. Returning an eligible unused balance to its original payment method is a purchase refund, not a general cash-out service.额度仅用于 YepOnIt 软件服务，不能转让、交易或向其他商户付款。按规则将未使用余额退回原支付方式属于购买退款，不是通用提现服务。
