This policy explains how YepOnIt handles information needed to run an AI Agent workspace. 2. Information involved涉及的信息
Account and workspace information can include your name, email, organization and account identifiers. Customer content may include contact details, messages, material, Campaign plans and connected business-task data. Technical records may include usage, transaction references, errors and security logs.账号及工作区信息可能包括姓名、邮箱、企业和账号标识。客户内容可能包括联系信息、对话、素材、Campaign 计划及关联业务数据。技术记录可能包括用量、交易编号、错误和安全日志。
Channel configuration can include the connection details and credentials needed to use the resources you authorize. Payment-card information is collected by the payment provider’s checkout; do not send card details to our support inbox.渠道配置可能包括调用你所授权资源所需的连接信息和凭证。银行卡信息由支付服务商结算页面收集，请勿发送到支持邮箱。
3. Why we use information为什么处理信息
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide the Agent service, maintain conversation context, execute configured workflows, record usage, administer payments and refunds, respond to support requests and protect the service against misuse.用于账号认证、提供 Agent 服务、保持对话背景、执行已配置流程、记录用量、处理付款与退款、回应支持请求，以及防止服务滥用。
Customer messages and the relevant context may be sent to an AI model provider to generate a response or perform a configured task. 4. Service providers and customer-owned channels服务商与客户自有渠道
The service uses cloud infrastructure, identity providers such as Clerk, payment services such as Paddle, AI model providers, and channel or business integrations you connect. Each provider receives only the information needed for its relevant role, subject to the applicable configuration and agreements.服务使用云基础设施、Clerk 等身份认证服务、Paddle 等支付服务、AI 模型服务，以及你连接的渠道和业务系统。各服务商根据相应配置和协议处理履行其职责所需的信息。

This website uses local storage to remember your language choice. The cost calculator runs in your browser and does not submit the amounts or counts to a server. Contact support@yeponit.ai to request access, correction, deletion or assistance with your information, subject to applicable rights, identity checks and retention obligations. Access control, tenant separation and protected transport are part of the service design. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send credentials or sensitive payment data through ordinary support emails.服务设计包含访问控制、租户隔离与传输保护，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。不要通过普通支持邮件发送凭证或敏感支付信息。
