2. What the service provides服务内容
YepOnIt helps businesses organize AI customer conversations and business workflows, including Campaign plans, conversation handling, usage records and actions through configured business integrations. Specific capabilities depend on the integrations, settings and permissions enabled for your workspace.YepOnIt 帮助企业组织 AI 客户沟通与业务流程，包括 Campaign 计划、对话处理、用量记录，以及通过已配置业务系统执行的动作。具体能力取决于工作区已启用的集成、配置与权限。
YepOnIt does not supply or resell email accounts, phone numbers, SMS bundles, WhatsApp accounts or telecommunications services. You supply your own channel resources and maintain your agreements with those providers.YepOnIt 不提供或转售邮箱、电话号码、短信包、WhatsApp 账号或电信服务。你自行提供渠道资源，并维持与相应服务商的合同关系。
3. Accounts and authority账号与授权
You must be authorized to act for your business, keep your account and connected credentials secure, and grant only the permissions needed for the tasks you approve. You are responsible for the accuracy and permitted use of the materials and data you provide.你应具有代表企业使用服务的权限，妥善保管账号和渠道凭证，只授予已批准任务需要的权限，并对提供资料、数据的准确性及合法使用负责。
4. Permitted use and customer communications允许的使用方式
Use the service only for lawful business activities. You must have the required lawful basis and permissions to contact people, comply with applicable messaging and privacy requirements, and respect opt-outs. Do not use YepOnIt for spam, harassment, deception, unauthorized data collection or unlawful content.仅可将服务用于合法业务。联系客户应具有所需的合法依据与授权，遵守适用的通信及隐私要求，尊重退订。不得用于垃圾信息、骚扰、欺骗、未经授权的数据收集或违法内容。
Customer-owned channel resources do not remove these responsibilities or override the rules of your channel providers.使用客户自有渠道资源不免除上述责任，也不能绕过渠道服务商的规则。
5. AI, business actions and reviewAI、业务动作与审核
AI-generated content may contain mistakes. Review your plan, material and execution boundaries before launch, and monitor your Campaigns. An Agent message, simulation or suggested action is not proof that an external booking, payment or other business operation has succeeded.AI 生成内容可能有误。启动前应审核计划、素材和执行边界，并关注活动运行情况。Agent 消息、模拟或建议动作不等于外部预约、支付或其他业务操作已经成功。

6. Prepaid Agent usageAgent 预付用量
You choose the amount you prepay. Purchased credits pay for YepOnIt Agent software usage under the rates and billing unit described on the Pricing page. There are no fixed credit packs or recurring subscription in this offer. External channel provider charges are not included or collected by YepOnIt.你自主选择预付金额。已购额度按定价页的费率和计费单位消费 YepOnIt Agent 软件服务。本方案不设固定额度档位或循环订阅。外部通道费用不包含在内，也不由 YepOnIt 收取。
Purchased credits do not expire. They are limited to YepOnIt services and cannot be transferred, traded or spent with other merchants. Campaign budget allocations are spending controls, not separate purchases. Any applicable taxes and payment limits are shown before payment.购买额度不过期，仅用于 YepOnIt 服务，不能转让、交易或向其他商户付款。Campaign 预算分配属于支出控制，不构成另一次购买。如有适用税费或支付限制，将在付款前展示。
7. Payments and refunds支付与退款
Unused purchased balance may be refunded on request as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are reconciled against completed usage and any reserved Campaign amounts. Credits already consumed by valid usage are not ordinarily refundable, without limiting statutory rights or correction of billing errors.未使用的已购余额可按退款政策申请退还。退款需核对已发生用量和活动预留金额。已被有效用量消耗的额度通常不退，但不影响法定权利或错误计费纠正。

9. Service changes and suspension服务变更与暂停
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate account or contact channels. Access may be restricted for security incidents, unlawful use or violations of these terms.
